Our Wine List contains over 1,700 selections including one of the worldʼs deepest collections of mature California vintages. Dive deep into long verticals of wines that you know and love, or dig into extensive finds from around the globe. We pride ourselves in the history of wine with our vintage depth, especially in our own backyard of California.
Beverage Director Jacob Brown curates our list to enhance the enjoyment of our food, with new additions brought in daily. Our list has been awarded by Wine Spectator: Best of Award of Excellence; and by The World of Fine Wines: 3 Stars, Jury Prize, and Runner-Up for the Most Original Wine List in North America.
PAIRINGS
Our two beverage pairing options follow you through the dining experience, freeing you from having to pore over the menu while bringing you closer to our team of sommeliers. What we call our "beverage pairing" (which we are proud to say matches the level of what just about any other restaurant styles as their "reserve pairing") focuses on the best complements to our tasting menu from around the world, and costs $155. We also offer a higher-end pairing that features some of the greatest wines of the world, aged to perfection, for $500. You may purchase a pairing in advance while buying dinner tickets, or when you arrive.
CORKAGE
Our corkage fee is $75 per bottle with a two bottle maximum. We will waive one corkage fee for each bottle or pairing purchased from Lazy Bear.
