We serve flavors that are intrinsically delicious and familiar, inspired by the wild, and by American nostalgia.

We utilize hyper-seasonal ingredients, and both primal and modern cooking methods to create a tasting menu that tells a story, and has a sense of place in the SF Bay Area. As such, our menu changes frequently—often several times per month.

Our communal format calls to mind those great American shared eating experiences that we love. Guests are seated at two long American Elm tables and are encouraged to mingle, spark conversations, and engage with our staff.
