Beverage Director Matthew Dulle thoughtfully curates our unexpected list to enhance the enjoyment of our food, with new additions brought in daily. Recently awarded the Best of Award of Excellence by Wine Spectator, and 3 Stars, a Jury Prize, and Runner-Up – Most Original Wine List in North America by The World of Fine Wines.

Each of our pairings will follow you through the dining experience, freeing you from having to pore over the menu while bringing you closer to our team of sommeliers and bar staff. You may purchase a pairing in advance while buying dinner tickets, or when you arrive.


Our Beverage Pairing features relatively-recent vintages of wines and other beverages. Sometimes highlighting less-familiar grapes or regions and adventurous producers, this pairing always comes around to familiar flavors selected specifically to highlight the nuances that our chefs put into each course.


The Reserve Pairing takes the mandate of the Beverage Pairing but grants our beverage team more leeway to raid our cellar! This pairing focuses on vintage depth and rarity—often featuring selections that are available for one night only. Expect to see unicorn wines and vintages from the 90s, 80s, and beyond.


You can have fun on a school night with this pairing, which takes inspiration from the markets, wild foraging, non-alcoholic distillates, and house-made preserves. Our Bar Director prepares a progression of non-alcoholic beverages that thoughtfully pair flavors and ingredients with each course.


Corkage is $50 per 750mL bottle. We will waive corkage on one bottle for each pairing or bottle purchased.


Bar Director Otello Tiano brings together the bounty of the San Francisco Bay Area, the sensibilities of classic cocktails, and our extensive pantry of house-preserved ingredients to create a rotating menu of unique cocktails.

Our spirits selection pairs the best modern producers with the whimsy of your grandparents’ bar cart, featuring prohibition-era and other vintage bottles you can’t find anywhere else in the world.
